Your role – Finance Manager

Together with the management team, you will run the finance of our company. You will manage and track the day-to-day activities. You are the main interface to our external bookkeepers and the finance departments in our countries. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for:

  • Month and end-year process
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Cash receipts
  • Payroll and utilities
  • Cash forecasting
  • Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and \enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

What you bring

  • Passion for food
  • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

About the Role

As Enterprise Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling into stakeholders including Procurement, CFO, Operations, CEO and agreeing terms which deliver EatFirst revenue targets.


In addition to the above, you'll also be responsible for:  

  • Agree revenue spend by prospecting and building pipeline, in addition to fostering strong personal relationships with potential clients
  • Systematic process and structure of moving opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Own, manage and drive the customer journey with EatFirst working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to problem solve and provide a tailored solutions that deliver on the customers needs
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams
  • Once terms are agreed and contract are signed, able to clearly communicate a detailed handover to Enterprise team members to activate the terms agreed with the customer


Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, client-facing roles
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sales environment
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
  • Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)

About the Role

As Key Account Manager, you will identify and close new business opportunities through solution selling. You'll also be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing business accounts. You will be meeting and primarily selling to Executive Assistants, Office Managers and Procurement Managers.


Department Overview

Sales is the engine room of EatFirst and our success is largely on our Sales teams who have unparalleled knowledge of the market and the customer, as they focus on building strong ‘win-win’ partnerships with EatFirst customers.


Our Sales team is responsible for growing both existing customers and new business opportunities by taking customers through the sales cycle, onboarding contacts and agreeing on new services.

  • Identify new business account opportunities within the NSW region
  • Successfully develop pipeline opportunities and take it through the sales cycle to deliver results

Your role – Partner Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager who will be part of our team in our office in Berlin. You will be given lots of responsibility from day 1! We are moving at high speed and will provide you with immense opportunities for initiative and creativity. Your role will include developing new relationships with restaurants, caterers and cafes as well as cultivating existing ones. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing our portfolio - ensuring diversity, exclusivity, high quality and getting the best caterers on board!
  • Guiding our partners through the onboarding process and assure that it is client-friendly
  • Working closely with other departments, share your product knowledge and train our Sales team
  • Helping with everything that needs to be done - we're a startup and there's always something that needs doing. We need someone keen to get stuck in to monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

What you bring

  • You are a foodie: Experience in the food industry, hospitality or similar is a plus
  • You are a communicator: You're emphatic and you have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • You are a networker: You can build relationships within a short period of time. We aim for long-term partnerships!
  • You are a salesperson: Ideally, you already have 1+ years’ work experience in sales and you are confident on the phone
  • You own your area of responsibility: You play a crucial role in our success story - you think two steps ahead, work independently and are always on top of things
